Hmmm, my arms are insanely skinny for a kid my age, from wrists right up to my shoulders, how can I increase the thickness, as I have finished my first eight week workout I would like a slight change in pace until my 12 week ab workout is done, so what exercises could I do on non-ab workout days until I'm done to increase mass (my main goal besides abs)?

What's your current stats? How long have you been lifting? What types of food are you eating? How many times per day are you eating?

I'm 6 feet tall
14 years old
About 125 lbs

I have followed the 8 week workout program (just ended saturday) and i eat whatever, but i'm trying to eat healthier food, i don't eat till noon then i usually have random snacks during the day. i can eat endlessly barely gaining any weight though (lucky me, i think...)

Anyways any suggestions for exercises?

At your age you have plenty of growing to do. Just keep your diet clean eat 6x per day. Take in at least 125grams of proteins per day. Keep lifting and you will be one big bro in a couple of years. Your test levels are so high right now that it equals to someone taking gear. Train hard and grow.

You should not skip breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day due to your body is in a canabilism state as you sleep. Eat a healthy good protein meal for breakfast will make a big difference. Good Luck!

Just stick with the basics. I would do another eight weeks of the beginner routines. But if you feel that your stabilizer muscle are developed enough and you got your form down you might want to move up a level. The key is to be consistent and not to give up and keep training. You will eventually learn what works best for you. Don't over train your arms. I wouldn't do more than 9 sets total. More isn't always better. Intensity is the key. Touch the muscle feel the pump but don't annihilate the them.
