I want to lose weight and become skinny and I want my muscles to be big so my veins "pop out" of my skin.

So do you want to be skinny or have big muscles?

I would stsrt with cleaning up your diet, lift heavy weights and do some hiit,(high intensity interval training). This site has all the info you need.
