I tend to have cravings for McCoy’s salt & vinegar crisps and/or Yorky chocolate bars, I guess what the craving is for is irrelevant, any tips for helping control them? As I live about 30 seconds walk from a shop I have been known to pig out on 10 or more packets of crisps and a few chocolate bars for my dinner! woops.
Hi! Welcome to FT! I had to slowly cut the junk out and then I had to continue the fight as the cravings actually got worse there for a while as my body SCREAMED for more! After about 2 weeks things were going better and after 3 I had found they were much better. I gave myself "treats" for my accomplishments or I would of horked down much more! Good luck!
