Hello everyone
I am very new here so I apologize if this has been posted in the past. I did not see anything on this. I am just beginning a weight loss program. I have "man boobs" and would like to do something, in addition general weight loss, to target this area. I am not sure if doing pectoral exercises if the answer and if so, which are best?
Thanks
Brian

Diet and eliminating body fat is probably more important than exercise. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the fit buddy search thing. There are lots of posts on it. Type in man boobs.

I had some man boobs-- Bench press ahem SPECIFICALLY DECLINE bench press really helped me shape them and get them flatter. Normal bench will target the upper part and then decline is for lower. Actually -- I'd just do incline / decline / normal bench all together.

porphyria,
Although Bench presses will help shape the area by adding muscle, the fat will not spot reduce. Diet is the first part of getting rid of man boobs.
beberle215,
Do a search as suggested by charlie. The question has been asked and elaborated on many times.

he is already dieting, but bench press and other chest work outs will really help it look better along with dieting.
