ok here is the deal!!! i have a trainer and he is great and i wat pretty well but my love handles are bigger than they have ever been!!! what am i doing so wrong!! My stomach and love handles are huge and i am not over-exaggerating cuz my mom says so too. Please help. It is like it is worthless to excersise and eat right.

I didn't understand your post.. you have a trainer, yet youve seen no improvement? Things like these don't happen in a week, they can take months. Give it time.

Also muscle development under the fat can cause the fat to be "pushed" out more until the fat has been burned. Just a thought.
