HEllo there brothers and sisters. I feel good today as I turned someone on to freetrainers at work. Other than that I don't feel to hot. I am the one that ruptured the bicep tendon. Its coming along just fine. I still don't have full range in my movements but it's coming along. I really haven't done much of any exercise since the accident. I can't print out a workout for obvious reasons so what can I do to try and maintain sometype of decent shape?
