I was wandering if anyone used or uses one of the machines that you can buy thorough the shopping channel. I don`t remember the names.

What do you think of them ?

They look ok to me but I`m concerned about the quality

Um...a bowflex? If it's a bowflex, do a search and you should find another discussion on this same thing. If it is not a bowflex, then I have no idea what you are talking about.

Be cautious of those machines as some of them offer only so much resistance (your weight and gravity). For the price you pay for some of those machines, you can buy yourself a good free weight set including bench.

Good luck!

Go for the free weights!!! Check out wholesale clubs (sams), Play it again sports, ect...the machines are for the birds if you want a legit home gym!

I agree with qualters...try for free weights at home if you can. You'll get more out of it!!
