Hello,
I am in college and I work out in the school's gym that they have, It is not the largest gym. Here is my problem, I just started the excerise program and it is asking me to work out on a certian machine but I don't have access to that machine at the school aka they don't have one. How can I substitute workout machines or is there another machine that looks differently and will work out the same muscles.
Any help will be apprechiated.
Thanks

Oops, I forgot to say the machine that my gym is lacking. Seated Machine Flyes is what it is called.
Thanks

I think you can use dumbells on a bench or swiss ball if you don't have access to seated machine flyes. :dumbbell:

Yes,dumbell flys on a flat bench and a incline bench will work. They will actually be better since free weights engage more muscle fibers. Good luck - Mike
