Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone can help, I have been to my doctor a few times in the last 2 years about my lower back pain. I get severe pain in my lower left side of my back, right near my bottom, and my doctor insists that I have a pulled muscle, but I am inclined to disagree, as this has been going on for two or more years, I would really like to shed some light on the issue, I went out and bought a neoprene back support, which does seem to help, but I really would like to know what is wrong. Can anyone shed any light on this for me please.

Rugrat, has your doctor taken xrays? You might want to ask about that. I started seeing a chiropractor on a regular basis after being told that the pain and tingling in my lower back was just a tightened muscle. I have had great results with that kind of treatment. I hope you find a solution to your problem.
