I have a BMI of 18, which is at the borderline of being underweight but I still have a lot of fat, especially around my abdomen. I do cardio 3x a week and lift weights twice a week.
Here are my stats:
age: 21
weight: 111 lbs.
height: 5'5''
I eat around 1200-1400 calories a day. Should I increase my cardio workout or decrease my caloric intake? I obviously don't want to loose any weight but I want to get rid of the fat I still have. I would appreciate your help.

I think you want to take in more calories the avg is 2000 right??? I think you might also want to eat more protein that aids in fat loss. I would think try doing cardio 5x a week. Also try to eat 5 small meals a day at least. spaced out.. that should help your metabolism speed up.

don't worry about BLI or other number measurements...judge by how you feel and look.

What are you eating through the day? Give an example of your meal plan. The type of foods you eat is the most important thing when it comes to losing fat. Also, fill out your profile with details so it's easier to help you.
Personally, I do not think you should decrease your calories at all. At 5'5", 111lbs sounds underweight. I'm hoping your goal is to gain some muscle weight while decreasing fat. If anything, I'd say increase them. BUT, you want to be sure that everything you eat is a good clean food. I also don't think increasing cardio is the answer. Do you lift weights?

I wouldn't increase the cardio if it was me. I would increse the lifting to more times a week, or try going heavier. Are you eating a pretty balanced diet? Low fat/high protein, good carbs?
