With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Well i have hit a point where i dont know what to do....I have love handles from hell and i dont know how to get rid of them...i know diet and exercise.. i mean it has gotten to the point where i will stand in the mirror and cry because i cant get rid of them for anything... I have been back at the gym for about a week and i know results dont happen overnight but how long before i see results so i dont get dicouraged from going....do i do cardio..i dont know?? I AM SOOO FRUSTRATED with my sides. Plz any advice
Keep it up and focus on ohter benefits of exercising (increases energy, better endurance, more strength).
Keep a food journal and look at how much or how little you are consuming and make sure you are not undereating, or eating more than you thought.
Also look for junk foods that you need to cut out, add in more fresh vegetables and some fruits.
You see yourself every day, change is hard to notice. take some photos and then take a new set in two or three weeks - you will see some changes if your program is right.
If anything set yourself realistic goals and be realistic about the time required to realise them.
Let those tears of frustration be the source of your inspiration.
