i am 5'2" and i weigh 106lbs i dont have any fat on my body except my abdomen i have these bad love handles that wont go away. i tried to go on a diet and i lost weight i went from about 118 to 106 but i lost all the weight in all the wrong places. i lost my butt and my boobs i went from a C cup to an A cup. what can i do to lose the love handles and gain the weight back in my breast and butt??? is there any specific exercise i can do besides crutches and sit ups because i have back problems which hurt me when i do these.
