I need to lose them fast! How can I do this?

hun I've been trying to loose them for years it doesnt happen fast but by doing alot of crunches and cardio, jogging and shit like that helps them shrink and after a while they will go away

Diet, cardio, diet, weight training, diet and diet will make it happen. Do ab exercises routinly but don't think that doing 1000 side bends will get rid of them. You have to get rid of the fat ALL OVER the body to get rid of the love handles.

I have bad news and bad news for you:

The bad news is that it is usally the last thing that you lose, especially for men.

The bad news is that it is sometimes genetic and inherant in some people (Like me). I run 5 miles, do sprint intervals twice a week, do pull ups, ab exercises, push ups and have done weight training. My body looks decent enough for a 43 year old and my abs show with muscle definition in my arms and chest. But those damn handles are not totally gone. But hey, it's what's inside that counts...right? :cool:

Right dart. It's what's inside that counts. That's why I stuff the damn love handles inside the waist of my jeans so they can't be seen. ha ha.
