hey I'm in need of a little help. I have little "love handles" that just won't go away. I do sit ups and hanging leg twists .. nothing is working. help!!

hey are those the only ab exercises you do? ...if so try mixing it up ...theres alot of exercises on ft that specialize in the obliques and waist...including seated twist ...lying side leg raises.. lying front kicks... bent over twist and bicycle crunches ...abs dont come with just doing crunches .. diet is key...good luck hope it helps

I dont know what your exercise program is, but cardio will help also. And like detox said, diet is a key also. The most improtant thing is to get it up. Dont give up! You didnt get them over night and you cant get rid of them over night.

I'd like to add to that ^^^ A lot of folks on here say abs are 'built' in the kitchen. If your diet isnt clean (high protein/mod carbs/low fat) all the ab work in the world wont help. And that is a really stubborn area for bodyfat(that is where the cardio helps). It just doesnt want to leave. Add some resistance to at least one of your ab sessions and look at your diet. goota get rid of the fat, cause if u build muscle under the fat it will just make them look bigger
