I am naturally lean (170cm - 51kg) and stay in ok shape without exercise or eating right.......but i want to develop a real 'gym body'. I do 20 minutes of intense running 4 times a week and do 2 sessions of upper body and 2 sessions of lower body per week. lots of proteins, some good fats and complex carbs. i have been at it for 2 months and have seen good results - toned up and can see definition. Am i on the right track???
