I started out doing the workout on this site and the abs worout along with a diet that the diet plan on this site told me after filling out profile. Now 3 weeks ago i started out as 195 5'8 and then went down to 190. Then this past week im at 195 again??Am I going to gain wieght before i loose it?
I do alot of freewieghts at home, following this workout on this site and the abs 12 week thing. I eat 4 times a day NO CRAP FOOD either, all high in protien. I follow pretty close to what the formula is for me here and my wieght seems to be fluctuating.

Your weight can fluctuate a few pounds daily depending on when you weigh yourself and the activities performed on a certain day. Going from 195-190 may have been just water weight. Unless you are taking something illegal you did turn around and gain 5lbs of muscle after dropping the "original" 5lbs. You probably have not lost or gained anything yet. Keep up with the diet and training and you will see results. Do not worry to much about what the scals says, keep an eye on how your clothes fit differntly. Good Luck !!
