Hi guys. Just wanted some advice on what I should start first if I haven't worked out in a very long time. I need to lose 40 pounds so can anyone out there give me some advice. Thanks alot I really appreciate it.:)

It depends on a lot of things, like if you have any medical conditions, how long it was since you have been active, when you where what type activities did you do? Walking is always a great place to start. You can start off even 5 minutes a day if you cant do more and then progressively add more minutes. Once you are up to 30 minutes you can start walking at a faster pace. After you feel comfortable with that you can start to add weights into your routine. I would suggest seeing a trainer first to get the hang of everything.
