Losing weight after baby

Hi,

I had a baby 3.5 months ago and I am having trouble losing weight now. When I was breastfeedi8ng at the beginning I lost 30lbs easy with no change in diet or exercise. I stopped breastfeeding at 2 months but I plateaued with my weight loss at around 1 month postpartum. Does anyone know how to get over the plateau hump? I train at least 3 times per week, don't eat after 6pm and still the scale is not moving??????? I have about 30lbs to get to my natural (desired) weight.

Shandel, more important than when you eat your last meal is what you eat during the day.

Go to the nutritional forum and read all the sticky's. That will get you more on track and improve your odds of reaching your goals!!
