hi everyone this is my first post..i signed up in october..but i did not follow the ft programs (any of them)instead i did my own diet with my own lifting program....in july 2004 i weighed in at 243...now i weight 200....i was 190 3 weeks ago but i have been lifting with very lil cardio....i've had GREAT GAINS...when i started lifting in october i could'nt even bench 90lbs now i can bench (practice) with 170lbs my diet--- i've been eating high Protein---fish...chicken....chicken...plus Protein shakes...lots of fruit...steamed Veg......jorge formen grill has been great.i have nytro pro40 mrp..now that i'm down to 200 i would like to cut up for this summer but my problem is i dont want to loose my strength...but i would like to be very cut for the summer time......lifting an working out has been all new to me..i've changed my lifesytle since july...i've never had more energy or dedication in my life since then....so if any of you could help post something...thanks ------6"0-200 my age is 20
