I am 43yr young male with Diabeties, I have try to lose weight but it's really hard. The last time I weighted myself I tip the scales @ 265ps and about 6'3. I have work out for about a year 3 to 5 times a week. 4 days of weight training and 4 to 5 days of cardio. What do I have to do to start seeing the pounds to fall off. Please help!!!
