This has got to sound stupid but here it goes. Is it possible to some how target where you want to lose weight. I am trying to lose fat covering my abs but when I try losing weight I seem to lose it in other places like my arms, legs and face thinning out.
Nope, no targeting possible (also referred to as spot reducing). Fat comes off from where the body wants it to, and often the last place to go is the one you want the most. Keep at it and be patient and the results will come.
You put down as your goal that you want to get toned, so on the way to losing the fat in the area that you want to target, you will reach your goal, so just go for the all-around toning and you will make it. Make sure you eat well, because that will help you more than anything.
