Hi all,
I can't seem to lose any fat from my midsection. I lift 3x and do cardio 3x a week. I'm eating low fat and I've lost about 20 lbs but it seems like none of it has come off my middle. My waist size seems the same. Anyone have any input?? Advice??

Can you give an example of your daily meals with times you eat them and quantity of each food?
What days and times do you do the exercises? What cardio are you doing?

Hi Jennifer,
For breakfast I usually eat a luna bar with a bananna or other piece of fruit, lunch is subway, dinner is usually chicken with veggies and for snacks i eat some kind of protein, fruit, low fat chips (1 oz)...I've been following the weight watchers points system.
I usually work out afternoons mwth and cardio is 15 min elliptical and 15 min on the treadmill.
