Alright, I'm a 23yr old male and I have a pretty big beer belly. I'm 6'1 and i'm 196lbs but i'm pretty slim. What is the best way to lose this belly fat without losing muscle? When I exercise should I do it at a moderate pace or a faster pace? What should my diet be like?

Look in the nutrtion forum at the grocery lists for a bodybuilder and build your diet around toe foods listed there.

You want to eat 5-6 small meals a day - every 2 1/2 - 3 hours. this revs up your metabolism and helps keep your energy levels stable.

For your exercise - lift weights on a regular basisi and alternate the types and intensity of cardio that you do. some days longer and slower, some days intervals, some days moderate.

Good luck!
