Ive recently lost allot of weight. Ive dropped from 240 to 168 in about 3 months.and im about 6'1. No, I haven't been doing meth, or starving my self. The problem is that I have allot of loose skin; enough to make me look chubby. But im only 11% body fat. The problem areas are the usual(lower back, stomach, etc). I would like to tighten it up, but im not sure exactly how to do it. Im pretty dedicated to getting more in shape, So Im not apposed to working for a couple hours a day or more, if it will help with my problem. Quicker the better. :big_smile:
