Looking to lose gut and increase energy.

I am 29 years old, a father of 3, and looking to lose my gut and increase my energy level. I am 6' 2" and weigh 210lbs. I am not terribly overweight but am interested in improving my look and feeling more healthy. Basically the only time I have to work out is on my lunch break for an hour. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what type of program I could follow that would help me accomplish this? Any help would be very apreciated!

Thanks for the reply! I have a gym in the office building in which I work.....free weights, tread mills, eliptical machines, life fitness total workout machines, etc....
