I want to follow the 40/40/20 rule with 6 meals a day.

I'm taking a guess and thinking 2500 calories would be sufficient for fat loss (from 20ish% to below 10) and gaining with a BMR of 1750.

Has anyone put together a days worth of easy preparation meals for this rule? I don't care if I'm drinking shakes all day of oatmeal and green beans, just whatever is easiest! I was trying to implement a lot of oatmeal, but thats is... well, ALOT of oatmeal! I will also be supplementing 50g of isopure whey protein per day.

Basically this is what I'm looking for:

Found some turkey roasts at the supermarket for 8.97 a piece. They have a total of 210 grams of protein.

Half of that coupled with a few cans of black eyed peas (or navy/read beans), a packet of oatmeal, and a 50g protein shake gets me pretty close to 40/40/20 and 2500 calories.
