I am a 30 year old stay at home mom that is determined to get her body back before her little one goes off to school. My passions are my work (photography) and being a mom (I know gag right..but it's true haha).
I try to stay busy and have set up a work out plan that has me doing something Monday-Friday. 3 days a week is 15 minutes of cardio (barely anything..dipping my toe in the water) 2 days a week will be full body workout. I don't need a partner that is doing the same days as me, but I'd like one that can still help give me a push on days they might not be working out.

Hey, I'm a 27 year old norwegian-american living in Norway. I have lost 28 lbs (13 kg) in 3-4 months on a low carb, high fat diet (keto). That was a year ago and I'm still going strong - the results are out of this world, but now I need to tone up. I would love a partner in my everyday life, someone to follow/update (snapchat, IG or other ways). Someone who is interested in supporting each others gains, so I don't have to annoy the majority of my friends (great people, but not into fitness). I try to workout 3-4 days a week, I count my daily steps, I sprout and ferment food - so I like to share meals and recipes too (but I don't expect people to be doing keto). I just need someone to keep me accountable:)

Hello not sure if you're still on your journey I am in the middle of mine. I started with Keto and I have a similar issue with my husband and friends. They are awesome and supportive but I think I am talking too much about weight loss and fitness. I would like to connect and talk workout and food if your interested.

earlier i was not taking care of my body too much and i started gaining weight and became chubby , but as i have turned 18 i realised that it is important for me to workout .
now i have started to workout for 30 min a day. i also need a partner to keep me pushing harder and i would love to help you .would you like to help me?
