Hello, I am an 18, almost 19 year old male. I have been wanting to start working out for a while now and I figured with what is going on in the world that this would be a good thing - something to do, take my mind of stuff, etc.
I want to gain weight (I'm currently 130lbs), muscle, and strength.
I would appreciate if anyone had any tips for me nutrition or workout wise? I usually eat food that is readily available which means I pretty much eat a lot of junk food. Also, what are some healthy snacks I could eat while at work or just lounging around?
