Hello Everyone,I just wanted to ask a few questions about Protien and fat burner products..

I have been searching around myself i am in canada so most of the stuff in usa i may not be able to obtain uncertain, but anyhow.

I have been seeking out what whould be a all around Protien product to help me pump some more protien into my system after my workouts. i have been looking at NXCARE iso-xp i believe it is and Hyper growth as a combination to help me build some mass but also help me obtain tone aswell, but also retain very little water, i ahve been told by many people that cell and other no-explode products retain way to much water into your system , i myself have used creatine but i cant handle that stuff puts to much water into my body, sure i might look big but its due to the water i am retaining...

I was wondering would those two products work good together for that purpose i have been off for around close to a year from the gym so i will be slowly getting back into it iw as thinking jsut hitting the protien whey first before i went wiht they hyper growth product, again i am in canada if anyone in canada has a better combo that will help me out in getting mass but also toning as i go or i may have to bulk then tone *shrugs* i do not know...

I jsu twant a good decent product but i also dont want to use it to a extent wher i need it all the time, i wanna go as natural as i can with out putting junk into my body i did roids when i was really young and i learned from that mistake even though it was only for 3 months still i have learned my lesson *sighs*

Anyhow all the help would be great looking forward to reading your responses..

leave the science to the scientests, just go to your local health store and get a tub of whey protein isolate insist on at least 90% protein you want 40-45 grm per serv. Why diss creatine its good to carry water in your muscle. Hydrated muscles work better than de-hydrated ones and water go's down as lean mass. You want a low fat whey protein powder but dont be to botherd if theres a few carbs in it that can be a bonus esp PWO and take it with water.
USN are what I use for the record.
