that's life....when you gain fat you gain it everywhere....when you lose weight...you'll lose weight from everywhere...so as you lose weight/fat....you're going to lose breast size also..I also am not sure what exactly you're asking...in the future please be specific with your questions..

Take a look at your lifestyle, namely eating habits and exercise patern.
Start a fitness program from here on Freetrainers and adjust your calories and nutrients accordingly.

You can get as technical and scientific as you want, but it all comes down to this:

YOU have to motivate yourself and have reason for what you're doing. Make fruits and vegetables (in their natural state) your main carbohydrate sources. Don't overstuff yourself, and eat sensibly. Get plenty of protein. Drink lots of water. Eat NO sweets, and limit your grains (no white breads at all). Workout using weights and some cardio. Just doing this will whip you into shape without having to count all your calories and still having some good tasting foods in your diet. I did not get into detail, but you can find a sound workout program here.

I stay away from the sweets because I have worked in a coffee shop for 5 years now and they just gross me out. My problem is bagels. We get them for free to eat on our breaks and I have a weakness for them. I started eating the 12 grain ones but is that enough?

just focus on eating whole wheat/rye variety..and account for them in your caloric intake....put some peanut butter or some lean piece of turkey, chicken, smoked salmon....and it's an awesome snack/meal....don't put any fatty creams/dressings on top...mustard is ok....ketchup is ok...
