I'm supposed to do Chest, Abs, and some cardio today. Now I got into an accident on Wednesday night. I was rear ended. My neck is very sore. I don't know if I should try to lift with this stiff neck. Should I just rest today and start up Monday? Or should I try to lift and see what happens. Also, I'm assuming this one day of missing it will not hurt all my work up to now? I tried to lay down as if I were to do dumbell bp and my neck was hurting... Please give advice
If you are sore.. especially your neck.. you will strain it even more with chest exercises. Don't worry, you can catch up your training, just don't skip any days. So, basically your next workout will continue where you left off.
