I'm in a lifting club near vancouver and alot of the smallest members can lift superhuman ammounts of weight. The provincial champion weighs around 120 lbs. I'd like to know if I was to incorperate lifting ( usually before bodybuilding) would I get decent gains? I do reguar lifts and power lifts. And is it better tostrength train then size train or the other way around?

if you srength train while doing your bodybuilding routine, it will have a positive effect. The ability to lift heavier weights will allow you to shock your muscles into hypertrophy. That is why bodybuilders benifit from powerlifting, bud powerlifters don't benefit from bodybuilding.

\"I get up in the morning around six to run for about an hour. Later in the day, I lift with a partner. Following my lifting sessions, I usually do speed and agility drills. Later, I drill all my holds and moves.\"

\'Isnt that lifestyle boring?\'
