If I do lifting :dumbbell: in the am and Cardio :love: 6-8 hours later as you recommend, when should I consume my supplements?
I have Arnge Krush and Whey Protein.
Should I half the intake and do the Krush (1/2) before I lift in the am, with Protein (1/2) after the lift and then repeat this before and after my pm Cardio workout?
Or should I do the Protein after my am lift session and Krush before my pm Cardio session?
I am trying to maintain/gain some lean muscle, while trimming about 10 pounds.
I just want to figure out the best way to get optimal results.

Take Whey protein after lifting weights....take Krush 30-60 min before doing cardio....
u can split Krush before lifting weights and cardio....tho watch how close u take Krush before going to bed it may screw up your quality of sleep...try not to take caffeine products at the very least 4 hours before sleep....
