Hey, for the next 4-5 months I will be working at my summer job which will include a lot of moving around and lifting of cases between roughly 20-100 lbs. Past summers I have really noticed its a good job in order to tone however I am still looking to put on mass- im not ready to start toning quite yet. Just wondering if theres any supplements that would work better than others for this problem. I have been taking protein powder and I am wondering with this type of lifting throughout the day would it be more beneficial to increase my dosage?

Finally when would be the best time to go to the gym? Im guessing 2-3 hours before work. Any suggestions! Thanks everyone hope to hear back from yous.

Go to the specific diet and nutrition forum and learn how to eat right. That in itself will help dramatically. Read and eat foods from the "grocery list for healthy eating" in that forum. The whey is fine as a post workout shake with some simple sugars. Drink 1/2 right after and sip the other 1/2 over about 30 minutes. Where you fit in your workout is upto you. Just try and have a solid meal before hand. Good protein/complex carb.
