Wondered if any or all of you are following the basic principle of the ft exercise info. but incorporating a different movement or machine to accomplish the lift excercise. For instance the seated one arm cross cable lat. is there another way to do this muscle group besides sitting in front of a machine that way?

You can substitute using free weights. For a list of ft exercises, just go to the main menu, then ft Exercise Resources, then Muscle Targeting.
