Hi guys! Great site, very helpful.
Am very new to weight lifting, and have a few questions to ask. Im 16 YO, and have 4x 5.5LB weights and was wondering if it were neccessary for me to buy more weights, or if that will be enough. Also, when I lift weights, should I lift until I cant go any further, or do I have set rep. (if so, how do I decide these reps, and when to increase them?)
