I am 20 and want to add size and muscle. I am considering buying a leverage system either powertec wb-ms or the body solid powerlift. Will these machines work? Which one is better? Or should I buy a good free weight setup? What do you guys think of powertec power racks with the lat option? I will be mostly working out by myself so I want something that will get good results and be safe to use?
