Last night i had a great legs workout, which was funny b/c i wasn't in the mood to go. It was gonna start snowing and such/cold, but i made myself go and was so glad i did. Ever have those days where your almost not going to go, but do, and it turns out to be one of the best workouts youve had?? Well I feel it this morning, and I have a feeling its really going to become really sore. The only other time my legs have been as sore as i think they are going to be was in California on vacation. LOL I limped around for 2 days!!! haha, but it was all good ya know. How has everyone been???
