Its been a long time between workin out an i let myself go a fair bit.
Its nice to feel the burn again but i forgot how much it sucks not to be able to walk for a day

a day? u're dam lucky then...i cant walk for 3 days after and feel soreness for almost a week....

hahaha... that is sooo true..

i wasnt working out properly for just about 2weeks becuase i wanted to concentrate abit more on my studies for my upcoming exams..

when i finally went to do my legs again on monday, i made sure that i really pushed myself and my thighs and bum were sore on tuesday even as i was sitting..

hahaha...:big_smile:

i was only a day in, still feelin the burn now also added to that pain is shoulders back an arms.
Ahhhhhhh its good to be working out again
