Hi All,
I really need to tone and sculpt my legs. I have been following the workout routine with concentration in glutes and thighs but I am not seeing a change and it has been a month, I am wondering if I should add any other exercises to this routine or I need to be really strict on my diet... my legs are really bothering me as that is where I gain my weight. Any help would be appreciated... thanks!
