Ive been lifting off and on now for about a year about 2-3 times a week. My problem is when I work out my left arm doesnt want to keep up with the right. I know this is obviously becasue im right handed and everything but its frustrating when it just gives out on me in the middle of my third set. Therefore im not able to lift heavy becasue my left arm just wont let me. Any suggestions on how to build up my left arm or should i just keep on goin with my rutines and just hope the left arm gets stronger as time goes on? btw im 18 m 6 foot 155lbs (want to bulk up gain about 15lbs)

Several different schools of thought on this one but I've advised several people to concentrate on dumbbells rather than bars with fairly good success. Your left arm will eventually catch up. Others advise using db's and using a bit more weight with the weak arm.

One of your problems might be indicated by your comment "Ive been lifting off and on now for about a year about 2-3 times a week". You may not be working out consistently enough to allow yourself to grow as you want.
