I was checking out some different routines for the futur and found this one , Has anyone tried something like this ? Would it be good for a bulking phase? It seems like it could work , changing up the exercise every 3 to 4 weeks , i'm guessing to stimullate the msucle in every angle.Check it out .
i don't know it looks like a good program its up to you yeah it would be good for a bulking phase and their is minimal machine usage looks good to me. i would consider something like this in the future.
