Hi Chaps & Chapasses,

My work out schedule seems to be going well although like many others on this site the middle is still slow in coming off. The rest of me is doing well at producing muscle thou so with this in mind I have a question for the more experienced members of freetrainers.com.

As I seem to be able to build muscle in a relative easy manner should I try to build mass to loss the mid rift instead of trying to be chiseled, cut & lean? If the reply is yes, go for a little more mass..........Then were do I start as I have always trained for being cut and not large.

Thanks in advance as always

Maybe you're just not doing enough to work your mid rift section? I think you should concentrate on that while you are on your cut & lean phase. Trying to add more mass may not be your answer.

I hate to repeat what I've already written in another post but here goes. This is my routine :- (The following routine I have been doing for 11 weeks & has 5 weeks left to run). I work out HARD 6 times a week and power walk a total of 15 miles a week (3 miles a day for 5 days Monday thru Friday) I do resistance training on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. I do a HIIT on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays for 45 mins a session with a 5 to 7 minute AB's session at the end of HIIT.

I hope the above info helps
