There is no way you can spot reduce. I don't know about lean system 7, but a good diet and resistance training will do it.

If you arent really out of shape, lean system 7 wont really help. I talked to a trainer where i live about that and he said that wasnt what i needed. I have the same problem you do, my butt and love handles. i am going to be trying something new this week and i will keep you posted on how it goes. It is called Syntrabol. The guy here told me that should give me that last little toning i want. We shall see.

I did some looking on Lean System 7. In most cases, it doesn't look much different than any other ephedra free fat burner. However, their principle selling point is the ingredient 7-Keto. I looked around at stuff about that, and though I couldn't quite wade through all the technical jargon, it looks like 7-Keto is a DHEA, and that's stuff you want to stay away from.

I looked up Syntrabol as well . . .
First off let me say NEVER, EVER, EVER take a supplement if you don't know exactly what it is or what it does. Syntrabol is produced by Syntrax, a company that is having a little legal trouble with some its other supplements - that's a definate warning flag.
I found this exerpt, too:
"For example, when Derek recently brought out one of his new products, "Syntrabol," he told a friend of mine that it contains a unique compound he developed, called "isoinokosterone." My friend informed Derek that isoinokosterone isn't unique at all, that it is, in fact, nothing more than an antiquated name for 20-hydroxyecdysone (20-HDE) — in other words, it's the very same thing!
What was Derek's response? "……oh……"
Go look at the Syntrabol label. It lists isoinokosterone, not 20-HDE as the active ingredient. Why? Because Derek had the labels printed and his marketing spiel made up before he found out the facts. How embarrassing it must be to have thousands of bottles on the market with a stupid sounding, out-of-date name on the side."
That's from a supplement watchout article. Shady marketing, that's another warning flag. The active ingredient 20-HD though it is non-hormonal, therefore 'safe' for women, there is little research on it, sending up another warning flag. I don't know much about the supplement itself, but I don't think I would take it. If you're willing to take the risk, that is your choice, though.

I have used Lean System 7 and Xenadrine EFX in the past. Lean System 7 sold me on the ability to target "trouble areas", in my case my love handles. I tried the product and I was please with the results. However, I switched back to Xenadrine EFX because of the much need energy boost the product provide (I experienced no energy boost with LS7).

Swimmer, I would advice staying away from fat burner supplements being that they really aren't good for you. Yeah you get a little energy kick, but they also can effect your heart beat. I'm sure there are other side effects as well that are well hidden, so be cautious with those things. To lose target areas, just watch what you eat and pick up the pace on the cardio, you'll get natural energy and a stronger heart, better results in the long run as well. Good luck
