ok its me again...i have read that if you do cardio and you dont have enough fat to lose, then you are jeopardazing your lean muscle. My question:my fat is in stomach & thigh(a little), so am i jeorpadizing my few lean muscle or how sure am i that the fat i will be losing is from my stomach? see i dont want to lose any muscle(if i have any).

Also, I dont really feel sore after my stregth training, the following day but i feel sore the day after next,( the day I am supppose to do the training again), this makes it painful to progress, what do i do?

Intake some amino acids pre cardio, this will help insure that they are available for fat burning and not need to be taken from muscle.
