pls i need some serious advice 2 really blast my lats.I know that lats should be done heavy but any thing other than this???

The one really important tip that I can give is to base your lat workout on pullups. It has really helped me to first do maybe 3 set of SUPER SLOW pullups to failure, followed by bent-over one arm rows. Be sure to do the reps very slow and concentrate on really feeling the contraction. Good luck -Sweeny (Bodybuilder & Athlete)

Wide grip Chinups and pulldowns are key for a good spread my friend
