One thing I do no, is I concentrate on the weak arm in the lift more than the strong side. When Do bicep curls, or tri cep push downs I tend to have my right side facing the mirror so I can see my right arm good.( its my larger side too) Now I try to turn on the left side so I can watch my weaker side so I can watch my form and make sure the right arm isn't doing to much. Lots of times people are worried abotu how much weight and not proper technique, I can curl a 35 on either side of a barbell, its not prety but I can do it, does this really help me in the long run? Not really.....Half the time I do between 55-75 On barbell curls and concentrate on how i'm doing it rather than how much i'm doing.
You can try prefatiguing the stronger arm 1st with some concentration curls( heavy) and some pretcher curls( all with dumbells) when you fatigue that muscle 1st( right arm) the left will have to do more work during double arm lifts cause the other one is pooped out. And reameber work your tris hard if not harder than bis, they make up 60% of the arm
