I've heard lifting weight decreases labido because it fatigues testosterone reserves.
I've also heard that weight lifting increases labido, but I'm not sure how that works.
Which is true?
Also, what about diet. I know over-indulgence in saturated and trans fats are bad for labido b/c they block arteries, but is there anything else? Is olive oil good for the body or bad. (I read a recent study that said it constricted veins, which can cause damage)
Also, how about stretching and cardio. What impact do they have on labido, and how much of it must you practice in order to get those benefits. I usually go a period of time doing cardio a couple of times a week, then take a period of time off- usually during school sessions b/c I rarely have time to weightlift and do cardio.
The reason I ask is b/c I'm sure it doesn't hurt to know.
