I currently take one 500mg capsule before workout and one after workout only on days that i work out. Should i be taking this every day? If so how many mg? Or am i fine?
Some research suggests taking as much as 20 GRAMS per day. Personally I take 10 gms on non-workout days and 15-20 gms on workout days with 10 gms post-workout. Some folks say that if you take creatine to take them separately but then again other authorities say that there's no problem taking them together. Its s sodium channel thing.
