Alrite heres a list of the goodies of taking this sup:
Healthier intestines
Better, more energized brain
Stronger immune system
Bigger muscles
Better blood sugar control*
Greatly diminishes sugar and alcohol cravings
Helps protect intestinal tract from NSAID damage*
Regeneration plans for intestinal problems (leaky gut, Crohn's)
Helps repair immune dysfunction*
General physical aid when the body is under extreme stress*

Now this all sounds good but im concerned about this one thing i came along...

What does this really mean for yas:

Hair follicles, the human fetus, and unfortunately many types of tumors greatly depend
on glutamine for energy production and RNA and DNA synthesis.

What does "yas" mean? Is that a misspelled word? Sorry if it is simple, but I don't know. The Hog. But that is some good info on it. I just started taking it about a week ago. I can't say a whole lot about it yet.
